大傾角皮帶輸送機
用途與特點：
大傾角皮帶輸送機采用的是具有波狀擋邊和橫隔板的輸送帶。因此，特別適用于散狀物料連續(xù)輸送。該機可用于肥料、煤炭、化工、建材、冶金、輕工、糧食等行業(yè)，在工作環(huán)境濕度為-15℃--+40℃的范圍內(nèi)輸送堆積比重為0.5-2.5t/m3的各種散狀物料。
結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、維護方便、占用空間小且節(jié)省投資（可取代輸送機、斗提機聯(lián)合布置形式）、便于布置等特點，因而被廣泛推廣使用。具有高傾角，大產(chǎn)量，不撒料，布置靈活等優(yōu)點。

Use and Features:
The large angle belt conveyor adopts a conveyor belt with corrugated edges and partitions. Therefore, it is especially suitable for continuous transportation of bulk materials. The machine can be used in fertilizer, coal, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, light industry, grain and other industries. In the range of working environment humidity of -15℃--+40℃, all kinds of bulk materials of 0.5-0.5t/m3 are transported and accumulated.
It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient maintenance, small space occupying and saving investment (it can replace the combined layout of conveyor and bucket elevator), easy to layout and so on, so it is widely used. It has the advantages of high inclination angle, large output, no material distribution and flexible arrangement.
